Spring Forester is a tournament that was played on May 19, 2024, in Varaždin as the first station of the Triple Bogey Tour 2024 at the Drava Forester course. The competition consisted of three rounds of 13 holes adapted for beginners and players with ratings up to 850, with 32 competitors from Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, and Hungary participating.
The competition started with the first round on Sunday at 10:10, continued with the second round at 12:50, and, after a lunch break, concluded with the third round which started at 15:50. The Winners Ceremony was held starting at 17:45.
As this tournament was just the first round of the tour, which consists of three tournaments, the top participants did not receive prizes or awards, but will continue their battle for the winner's title in the remaining two stations - in Rakičan on June 15 and in Toplice Sveti Martin on August 10.
In the Gold category, there were 7 participants, and the victory was claimed by Aleksandar Bato Sudžukovic with a score of -24 relative to par. The prize fund for the overall tour standings is 35€.
In the Red category, there were 8 participants, and the victory was claimed by Andreas Karner with a score of -15 relative to par. The prize fund for the overall tour standings is 40€.
In the Green category, there were 8 participants, and the victory was claimed by Matej Ernecl with a score of -4 relative to par. The prize fund for the overall tour standings is 40€.
In the Purple category, there were 7 participants, and the victory was claimed by Wolfgang Steinmetz with a score of +9 relative to par. In the Purple category, a lower entry fee is paid and there is no monetary prize fund for the overall tour standings.

The tournament's side events included Ace Pool, CTP game, and Overachiever.
The Ace Pool had an amount of 31€ before the tournament, and 25 participants contributed 1€ each, bringing the total ace pool to 56€. No ace was hit during the tournament, so the amount of 56€ will carry over to the next tournament organized by Lagoda - Ringin' RakiChains.
The CTP game took place on hole 11 throughout all three rounds, and the best result of 91 cm to the basket, achieved in the first round, was by Matej Ernecl, who won a disc as a prize.
The Overachiever award is given to the player who played the tournament most above their personal PDGA rating, but only competitors with 20 or more rounds included in their personal PDGA rating are eligible. Matej Ernecl placed third, playing 41 above his rating, Marko Pavlović came in second, playing 46 above his rating, and the winner was Bato Sudžukovic, who played the three rounds with an average rating of 984, which is 53 above his personal rating.
