The 12th Croatian Disc Golf Championships will be held on July 6 and 7, 2024, in Cernik, organized by the Croatian Flying Disc Federation with the Flying Disc Club Nova Gradiška and Lagoda Disc Golf as executive organizers.
The competition will be held in the following categories: MPO (open), MP40 (over 40 years), MP50 (over 50 years), MJ18 (under 18 years), and FPO (women).
To participate in these categories, participants must be members of a club affiliated with the Croatian Flying Disc Federation and have a medical certificate from a sports medicine doctor confirming their ability to participate in sports competitions, no older than 6 months.
The registration fee for participation in the MPO, MP40, MP50, and FPO categories is 25€, payable in cash to the representatives of FDK Nova Gradiška or by transfer to the FDK Nova Gradiška bank account HR2241240031122001661 at Kent Bank.
The registration fee for the junior category MJ18 is not charged.
For new and recreational players and foreigners, categories MA1 and FA1 will be open, but they will not be official competitive categories, and state champions will not be declared in them.
The registration fee for participation in this category is 25€.

Course
The 18-hole course will be set up on the grounds surrounding Lake Bačica in Cernik.
The course layout will be the same as in the Cernik Open 2024 tournament, with possible minor changes on a few holes.
